KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 6) : Century Logistics Holdings Bhd is targeting revenue of RM300 million this year, and rising to RM500 million within the next two to three years, driven by organic growth and additional revenue from the acquisition of a documents management systems company.

Managing director Steven Teow said in a press conference after the company’s extraordinary general meeting today that it is currently in advanced talks with the company.

“It is not a big acquisition and we will fund it via internally generated funds, but we like their IP (intellectual property) and we don’t want to reinvent the wheel,” he said.

He said Century Logistics is on the lookout for potential M&A deals and has set aside funds for any good acquisition that may come its way.
