KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia suspended proprietary day trading (PDT) and intraday short selling (IDSS) of 23 companies, as the counters dropped more than 15% yesterday. Bursa said the PDT and IDSS for these counters will be enabled today.

Most of the counters saw total trades exceeding their 200-day average volumes.

IGB Real Estate Investment Trust was last traded at RM1.53, after falling 32 sen or 17.3%, with some 10.2 million units done, exceeding its 200-day average volume of 2.63 million shares.

Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd fell 21 sen or 18.1% to 95 sen, with 9.14 million shares traded, below its 200-day average volume of 14.1 million shares.

VS Industry Bhd declined 14 sen or 14.8% to 80.5 sen with a market capitalisation of RM1.5 billion, and 11.41 million shares traded, exceeding its 200-day average volume of 8.4 million shares.

UMW Holdings Bhd was down 35 sen or 15.28% at RM1.94, with a market capitalisation of RM2.27 billion. A total of 2.48 million shares were traded, exceeding its 200-day average volume of 490,291 shares.

Dufu Technology Corp Bhd was down 49 sen or 13.84% at RM3.05, with 263.21 million shares traded, exceeding its 200-day average volume of 1.9 million shares.

ATA IMS Bhd fell 18 sen or 15.79% to 96 sen, with 67,800 shares traded, below its 200-day average volume of 602,267 shares.

Pentamaster Corp Bhd declined 49 sen or 13% to RM3.28, with some 5.09 million shares done, below its 200-day average volume of 3.1 million shares.

Mi Technovation Bhd fell 28 sen or 12.96% to RM1.88, with some 13.99 million shares traded, exceeding its 200-day average volume of 2.8 million shares.

Mega First Corp Bhd was down 63 sen or 13.82% at RM3.93, with some 2.53 million shares traded, exceeding its 200-day average volume of 583,364 shares.

Thong Guan Industries Bhd fell 49 sen or 15.08% to RM2.76, with 941,400 shares changing hands, exceeding its 200-day average volume of 476,220 shares.

Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Keluarga Bhd declined 65 sen or 16.67% to RM3.25, with some 1.96 million shares traded, exceeding its 200-day average volume of 1.2 million shares.

Duopharma Biotech Bhd declined 19 sen or 13.97% to RM1.17, with some 2.41 million shares done, exceeding its 200-day average volume of 796,536 shares.

Uchi Technologies Bhd declined 32 sen or 13.79% to RM2, with 681,500 shares traded, exceeding its 200-day average volume of 351,726 shares.

MyEG Services Bhd was down 14 sen or 13.59% to 89 sen, with some 74.97 million shares traded, exceeding its 200-day average volume of 27.5 million shares.

LPI Capital Bhd fell RM2.18 or 15.53% to RM11.86, with 290,900 shares changing hands, exceeding its 200-day average volume of 38,430 shares.

DRB-Hicom Bhd fell 23 sen or 14.94% to RM1.31, with some 9.71 million shares traded, exceeding its 200-day average volume of 4.9 million shares.

Magni-Tech Industries Bhd fell 20 sen or 11.17% to RM1.59, with 877,400 shares done, exceeding its 200-day average volume of 380,792 shares.

Lii Hen Industries Bhd dropped 33 sen or 13.92% to RM2.04, with 781,600 shares traded, exceeding its 200-day average volume of 166,695 shares.

SKP Resources Bhd was down 16 sen or 14.68% to 93 sen, with 3.65 million shares done, exceeding its 200-day average volume of 1.9 million shares.

Sunway Construction Group Bhd fell 21 sen or 11.73% to RM1.58, with some 1.12 million shares traded, exceeding its 200-day average volume of 617,222.5 shares.

Hong Leong Industries Bhd dropped RM1.21 or 15.18% to RM6.76, with 93,100 shares changing hands, exceeding its 200-day average volume of 56,678 shares.

Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd fell 25 sen or 14.45% to RM1.48, with 1.91 million shares traded, exceeding its 200-day average volume of 425,216 shares.

Sunsuria Bhd declined 10.5 sen or 18.92% to 45 sen, with 115,000 shares done, below its 200-day average volume of 425,216 shares.
