KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 21): Boustead Holdings Bhd's deputy chairman and managing director Tan Sri Lodin Wok Kamaruddin has sold three million shares, or a 0.15% stake, in the company for RM6.66 million.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Boustead said the shares were transacted at RM2.22 apiece yesterday (Sept 20), and Lodin is left with 52.26 million shares or a 2.58% stake in the group.

Lodin's investment cost for this block of shares is not known; but year to date, Boustead Holdings' share price has fallen 19.71% from RM2.74 on Dec 31 last year.

In the past 52-week period, the group's share price moved between RM1.83 and RM2.87.

At 3:55pm today, Boustead Holdings shares were down two sen or 0.9% at RM2.20, valuing the company at RM4.5 billion. Volume was thin at 4,200 shares.
