<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Mohd Ghazali, 88, has been chairman of the group since Dec 3, 1990. He is also the chairman of Boustead Plantations Bhd.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>According to Boustead's filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Mohd Ghazali held various senior command and staff positions in the Malaysian Armed Forces, the last being chief of the armed forces from 1985 to 1987. He was also the chairman of Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera from Feb 23, 1988 until Feb 22, 2007.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>At the same time, Datuk Wira Dr Megat Abdul Rahman Megat Ahmad, 79, has retired as a senior independent non-executive director of the group.</p></div>
