Boost launches RM2.5 mil Super Shake campaign

KUALA LUMPUR (April 29): Boost, a homegrown e-wallet app developed by Axiata Digital Services, has launched its Super Shake campaign for users to win various prizes worth RM2.5 million during this Ramadan festive season.

Boost users will get to earn tokens and join lucky draws every two weeks during the four-month long campaign starting today until Aug 18, 2019.

Axiata Digital Services chief executive officer Mohd Khairil Abdullah said there are eight grand prizes to be won and users can choose the prizes that they want to win.

“They also can earn tokens by spending via the Boost app, with one token earned for every RM10 spent. Needless to say, the more tokens each user has will result in higher changes of winning,” he said at the Boost Ramadan Media Event, here today.

Besides that, Mohd Khairil said Boost also collaborated with 45 Ramadan Bazaars nationwide, including Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kelana Jaya, USJ 4 and Taman Melati, to offer cashless payments for purchasing items and food at the bazaars.

He said for users who are looking for food deliveries when breaking their fast, Boost would offer cash back of up to RM25 and RM40 for food delivery via dahmakan and DeliverEat, respectively.

"For those who want to shop for Raya clothes, Boost has introduced the promo code ‘BOOSTGAYARAYA’, and also RM18 cashback when users shop on Zalora and make their payments via Boost," he said.

Boost is also partnering with several other brands, including MimpiKita, Doublewoot, Isetan, Watsons and malls such as Tesco, Publika and Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru to offer more deals and cashback.

In addition, Boost is also introducing an in-app to convey the times for prayers and breaking of fast.
