<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>BDNC is 40%-owned by French shipbuilder Naval Group and 60% by BHIC Defence Technologies Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of BHIC.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>“A formal contract between the government of Malaysia and BDNC will be finalised and signed at a later date,” it said. The contract will contribute positively to the group’s earnings for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2019, said BHIC.</p></div>
