<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>He noted states such as Pahang, Perak, Johor and Negeri Sembilan have vast lands for Felda housing developments and they could look at private-public partnerships to provide more homes to the settlers.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>He added that around 5,000 homes will be ready to be delivered to Felda settlers by end of this year.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Meanwhile, the signing ceremony today saw the Idaman Cahaya housing development allocating 500 units of affordable houses to Felda settlers.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The project will be building 1,800 affordable houses priced at RM250,000 with each having 1,000 sq ft built-up sizes. They will also come with two car park bays and are semi-furnished with kitchen cabinet, water heater and TV.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>“This is the first time a government affordable housing scheme has allocated some units to the settlers,” said Azmin.</p></div>
