<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Axiata said the MoU has been terminated as it has transited to a business arrangement, such as the appointment of MyEG on Jan 22 as Celcom's direct channel partner to promote, market and distribute products and services to end users.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>"As such, the MoU would therefore no longer subsist," it told Bursa Malaysia in a filing today.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The MoU was to jointly explore possible business opportunities and collaboration in the areas of e-government services delivery and joint go-to-market for specific target market segments.</p></div>
