An Oldtown filing on Sept 12 stated that Artisan had 22.37 million shares or a 5.01% stake, prior to the disposal. 
 
Oldtown closed unchanged at RM1.90 today, after seeing 857,000 shares changing hands. Its market capitalisation was RM849.21 million.</div>
