<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Md Ismail was appointed to his post just three months ago on Jan 23, while Laxmi and Logonathan came on board a few days earlier on Jan 18.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>On March 11, four APFT shareholders holding a collective 11.26% stake in the company called for an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to remove all three directors.</p></div>
