<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>It is buying the building, erected on a 1.2-hectare (ha) piece of freehold land in Nusajaya in the district of Johor Bahru, from Pipeline Distribution (M) Sdn Bhd.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, AmanahRaya REIT said with the addition of this property to its portfolio, it will continue to focus on increasing its fund size through strategic acquisitions.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>“The main focus of the real estate investment is to ensure that all investments made, are yield and value accretive,” it said.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>AmanahRaya REIT said the proposed acquisition would be settled with cash and borrowings.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>It added that proceeds received from its previous disposals would be redeployed for this acquisition.</p></div>
