KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 15): Aemulus Holdings Bhd is roping in Chinese firm, Shanghai Testrong Technologies Co Ltd, to help it develop and expand the market for its radio frequency test system in China.

Aemulus inked the memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Shanghai Testrong for the tie-up yesterday, via its unit Aemulus Corp Sdn Bhd, its bourse filing showed.

The three-year MoU sets forth the agreement between the two parties to co-operate in the sales and marketing of Aemulus's RF test system to Chinese-owned companies in China.

Testrong specialises in integrated circuits device technology research, test hardware and software development, besides the engineering and production of automated test equipment's total solutions.

"This MoU shall have no immediate material effects on earnings for the financial year ending Sept 30, 2016," it said. However, should the agreement materialise, Aemulus said it would contribute positively to its future earnings.

Shares in Aemulus was unchanged at 25.5 sen as of the 12.30 p.m. today, valuing it at RM111.91 million.
