KUALA LUMPUR (March 10): Kanger International Bhd saw 43.3 million of its shares, representing an interest of 8.39% in the global integrated bamboo product manufacturer and supplier, crossed off market today.

According to Bloomberg, the shares were moved in one block and transacted at 38 sen apiece, for a total of RM16.45 million.

Kanger (fundamental: 1.25; valuation: 0.3)’s largest shareholder is its managing director, Leng Xingmin, who holds a 52.45% stake in the company, followed by Lim Lai Choy @ Lim Aun Nee, who holds 12.55%.

Its shares closed unchanged at 38.5 sen today, with a market capitalisation of RM198.66 million.
