KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 29): Great Eastern Life Assurance (Malaysia) Bhd chief executive officer Datuk Koh Yaw Hui has spent most of his working years with the insurer, establishing himself as one of the most respected and well-regarded personalities in the business. In an open and frank interview, the charming and charismatic corporate chieftain discusses tattoos, his "MBA", and lessons that have shaped his approach to leadership.

“I have a good life with Great Eastern, and every day, I am learning new things,” he says about his 20-year career with the company. “When I see my agents do well, it is a wonderful feeling. And when the company does well, I know it’s a recognition of my leadership capabilities.”
