<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The payment date will be on Feb 17, while its ex-date falls on Jan 25, followed by its entitlement date of Jan 26, according to the group’s filing on Friday (Jan 6).</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The total dividend for its year-to-date FY2022 amounted to 85 sen — its highest dividend payout on record.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>This will be the second interim dividend paid by the group, after the first dividend announced on June 28, 2022 and paid on Aug 5.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The insurer declared the record dividend payout despite reporting a 5.73% lower net profit of RM108.56 million for its third quarter ended Sept 30, 2022 (3QFY2022), from RM115.16 million in the same period a year ago. Meanwhile, its revenue rose 7.72% to RM1.71 billion, from RM1.58 billion.</p></div>
