From Spain With Love

Whether you’re a connoisseur of Spanish music or simply looking for a great way to spend your evening, then look no further — From Spain With Love by the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra is just for you! The concert begins with Falla’s El Amor Brujo Suite, which is about a young Andalusian gypsy girl and her love interests. Next, flamenco guitarist Cañizares will perform one of Spanish composer Joaquín Rodrigo’s most well-known works, Concierto de Aranjuez. Lastly, Rimsky- Korsakov’s Capriccio Espagnol led by David Giménez will conclude our Spanish musical tour. John Legend: Darkness And Light Tour Live In Genting

Don’t miss John Legend’s musical performance, which takes place tomorrow at the Arena of Stars, at Genting Highlands. The 38-year-old R&B singer returns to Malaysia for the third time as part of his Darkness and Light Tour, and will perform familiar hits such as All of Me and Beauty and the Beast. In 2015, he won the Academy Awards for Best Original Song for writing the song Glory from the film Selma. Matta Fair

Splendours of Love

In his most recent art exhibition, Malaysian artist Syed Thajudeen will showcase 32 of his artworks from 1994 to 2017. The works are categorised under four major categories, Merdeka (Love for the Nation), Culture & Heritage, Spirituality and Thoughts of Creation. Through the works of art, Syed showcases his passion, love and contribution towards his homeland, nature, culture, tradition and art. The exhibition will take place from tomorrow until April 8 at the Soka Exhibition Hall, from 11am to 5pm. The exhibition is closed on Mondays.
