<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>It said the job is expected to contribute positively towards its earnings and net tangible assets during the subcontract's period.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Fashion retailer Voir had, in March, received an unconditional takeover offer from Vista Lestari Development Sdn Bhd, a company controlled by Datuk Zarul Ahmad Mohd Zulkifli that is involved in construction and property development.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Zarul now controls some 50.71% of Voir via his interest in Vista Lestari.</p></div>
