KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 22): Vivocom Intl Holdings Bhd (formerly Instacom Group Bhd) shares rose 1.67% in active trade at mid-morning today after it bagged a RM100 million turnkey contract to build two 18-storey apartment blocks in Chepor Batu 10, Perak.

At 10.34am, Vivocom rose half a sen to 30.5 sen with 21 million shares done.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia last Friday (Aug 19), Vivocom said its subsidiary Vivocom Enterprise Sdn Bhd had received and accepted the letter of award from Green Ventures Development Sdn Bhd for the appointment, as a turnkey contractor for the construction of the project.
