KUALA LUMPUR (July 9): Sedania Innovator Bhd expects its partnership with TuneTalk Sdn Bhd to have a positive impact on its topline for the current financial year ending Dec 31, 2015.

The mobile services enabler announced today, its fourth partnership for its airtime sharing (ATS) service, expanding its addressable captive market to more than 52 million mobile subscribers.

"This is our fourth telco partnership. We expect the partnership with TuneTalk to have a positive impact on our revenue for this year," said Sedania executive director Firoz Mohd Noor.

In conjunction with the partnership, Sedania and TuneTalk launched the "ShareShare with TuneTalk" campaign, coinciding with the month of Ramadhan and Hari Raya.

Throughout the month of July, five lucky TuneTalk prepaid subscribers who make at least one ATS per day, will stand to win the daily prize of RM30 worth of airtime credits, while the subscriber with the highest transactions will win an Apple Watch.

"With TuneTalk having a large youth base, we are hoping that the youth will start a trend of requesting airtime credit. We hope to enable the spirit of sharing among Malaysians," said Firoz.

To recap, Sedania Innovator, which made its debut on June 29 on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia, are currently working with Celcom Axiata Bhd and Maxis Bhd in Malaysia, as well as Robi Axiata Ltd in Bangladesh.

At 12.14pm today, Sedania jumped 4.5% or 2.5 sen to 58 sen, with 3.82 million shares done.
