<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In separate filings to Bursa Malaysia today, R&amp;A issued its annual report for its financial year ended Dec 31, 2105 (FY15).</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>“In view of the above, there will be no suspension of trading in the company’s securities on May 10, 2016,” R&amp;A said.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>This comes after R&amp;A last week announced that it had failed to submit its annual report for FY15 before the stipulated timeframe of April 30.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>From that deadline, it had five market days to issue the outstanding annual report or face suspension the next market day.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The loss-making company is primarily in providing civil, mechanical and electrical works as well as in-building systems. On May 4, R&amp;A announced proposed plans to go into the shipping business by acquiring Semua Shipping Sdn Bhd for RM150 million via a special purpose vehicle.</p></div>
