<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Cypark said the PR1MA Homes comprise apartment units and nine shoplot units that are situated on an 8.64-acre piece of freehold Malay Reserve Land in Sungai Long.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>"PR1MA and Cypark and H.N. Ventures Sdn Bhd (the proprietor) shall execute a definite contract within three months from the date of this LoI or any other extended date as determined by PR1MA," said Cypark.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>It added that the parties have executed the LoI on Feb 12.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Cypark said the project is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of the group.</p></div>
