<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Anuar is currently the CEO and executive vice president of the upstream and liquid natural gas (LNG) segment at Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas).</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>“Shamsul, 64, has expressed his intention to resign due to time constraint as he currently sits on the boards of various Malaysian and overseas companies,” Petronas Gas said in a filing with the bourse today.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Shamsul is currently the non-independent chairman of MMC Corp Bhd and NCB Holdings BHd. He is also a senior independent non-executive director at Enra Group Bhd.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Meanwhile, Datuk N Sadasivan also expressed his intention to resign as non-independent and non-executive director of Petronas Gas while Datuk Ab. Halim Mohyiddin was appointed to the nomination committee.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The board changes will come into effect on Jan 1, Petronas Gas said in its announcement.</p></div>
