KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 21): Instacom Group Bhd rose as much as 0.5 sen or 2% after the company said it secured a RM240.42 million real estate construction contract.

Yesterday, Instacom said it received the letter of award from Coneff Corp Sdn Bhd for the construction of two commercial towers in Sungai Besi here.

Instacom said the towers would include serviced apartments and a retail portion.

At 9:43am today, Instacom shares rose to 29 sen, the stock's highest so far today with some three million shares done.

At 29 sen, the company has a market value of about RM719 million.
