<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>“The RM2.25 billion was an excess of fund from operating expenditure account being transferred to DE account. The government spent RM41.9 billion under the DE account in 2016 (and) the transfer of funds allows the government to borrow less for development,” he said.</p></div>
