<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>KUALA LUMPUR (Apr 1): Chan Weng Fui, a close associate of Datuk Dr Yu Kuan Chon, has emerged as a substantial shareholder in pesticide manufacturer Imaspro Corp Bhd. 
 
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, it was revealed that Chan, who is an independent and non executive director of Imaspro, had purchased 590,000 shares at a price of RM1.70 per share on March 23, 2015, bringing his total shareholdings in the company to 4.39 million or a 5.49% stake. 
 
Dr Yu is also a substantial shareholder in Imaspro with shareholdings of 9.94 million, representing a 12.38% stake in the company. 
 
Imaspro (fundamental :1.45; valuation :0.6) shares closed down 1 sen or 0.54% to RM1.84 today, with a market capitalisation of RM148 million.
