（吉隆坡17日讯）文君集团（Boon Koon Group Bhd）今日一共有4000万股，以总值1800万令吉在场外易手。

根据彭博社（Bloomberg）数据，这些股权分为两批，各别以3500万股和500万股易手，相等于合共14.45%的股权。截至截稿前，仍未能得知涉及这两项交易的是何方神圣。

这些股权以每股45仙易手，比文君集团上周五（4月14日）的闭市价47仙，折价2仙或4.26%。

（吉隆坡17日讯）德达飞讯（Datasonic Group Bhd）董事经理兼总执行长Datuk Abu Hanifah Noordin以8235万令吉，或每股1.22令吉脱售该集团的5%间接股权。

Abu Hanifah通过直接商业交易，于本月14日出售股权。该批股份由Dibena Enterprise私人有限公司持有，现已不再是该集团的主要股东。

目前还不知道这批股权的买家。

根据德达飞讯今日向大马交易所的报备，这使Abu Hanifah分别间接和直接持有13.24%和15.075%的股权。
