You start off by providing very good service, you deliver a lot of things, but maybe in emerging markets, that’s not the way to go.

There are tweaks you have to do in emerging markets. And these markets are super-price-sensitive, and sometimes people just look at price and nothing else. So, if you spend money on differentiation, you’re basically just cutting into your own margins.
