Property Negotiator Advisory & Customer Relations​ Executive


  • Promote and market ​ product​s​ and services and Group of company's media services
  • Run and/or assist with presentation, training ​workshop, seminar and marketing activities
  • Develop, follow-up and maintain a good relationship with clients
  • Support daily operations, attend to queries and to resolve problems encountered by clients



  • Must possess a​ degree​ qualification with customer support experience
  • Good communication skills in English ​and knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia and ​Mandarin is an advantage
  • Comfortable with group presentation​/training
  • Knowledge in Real Estate Industry ​is ​welcome
  • Good interpersonal​, people skills and is presentable​
  • Have initiative, self-motivated, resourceful and can work independently or in a team
  • Persuasive, hardworking and flexible
  • Computer literate and know how to use Microsoft Office applications


Other requirements

  • Able to work overtime or on weekends/public holidays
  • Prefer​s candidate ​who ​can start immediately
  • Willing to travel, possess own transportation and holder of a valid driving licence
