In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, WZ Satu said Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng will hold office until the conclusion of the group's next annual general meeting. 
 
In a separate filing, WZ Satu said its independent and non-executive director Datuk Siow Kim Lun, 64, has retired effective today. 
 
Siow also retired as the chairman of the group's audit committee and member of the nomination committee and remuneration committee respectively from the same date. 
 
At 2.41pm, WZ Satu shares were 3 sen or 1.99% lower at RM1.48, giving it a market capitalisation of RM376.36 million.
