KUALA LUMPUR (June 22): Willowglen MSC Bhd's subsidiary Willowglen Services Pte Ltd has bagged a RM8.62 million contract to undertake maintenance of 30 document management solutions (DMS) product data management (PDM) systems and the upgrade of 22 PDM system workstations.

In a filing with the stock exchange today, Willowglen said the contract was awarded by SP PowerAssets Ltd yesterday. The three-year contract will end on June 20, 2021.

It added that the contract is expected to contribute positively to the group's earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2018 to 2021.

The group is involved in the research, development, sales, implementation and maintenance of computer-based control systems and integrated monitoring systems.

Willowglen, in which OSK Holdings Bhd executive chairman Tan Sri Ong Leong Huat is a major shareholder with a 16% stake, saw its shares close down 2 sen or 3.8% today to 51 sen, for a market capitalisation of RM248 million.
