KUALA LUMPUR (July 13):  ACE Market-listed construction player Vivocom Intl Holdings Bhd was the most actively traded stock in early trade today and rose 3.92% after it proposed a one-for-four bonus issue of 870.3 million shares to reward shareholders and enhance its capital base. This would enlarge its share base to between 3.23 billion and 4.35 billion.

At 9.07am, Vivocom rose 1 sen to 26.5 sen with 19.03 million shares done.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Vivocom said it expects the exercise to be completed by the third quarter of 2016.
