<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The loss-making print and packaging solutions provider said its termination in the project costing US$69.3 million (RM308.49 million) was made by Oriental Mace Sdn Bhd.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>This is due to Versatile Creative not officially accepting the offer and having not embarked on the project, the company said in a filing today, adding that Oriental Mace could not grant further extension of time to complete the feasibility study.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Versatile Creative had previously announced that it had on Oct 27 last year accepted the offer, which is subject to two more conditions to be fulfilled.</p></div>
