We always believe the right project in the right location can sell no matter what the time," he told press on the sidelines of the partnership with Grab Malaysia today at Publika.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>"Astrea will be launched, that's for sure. We may add up a bit more if we want. We have another pending project launching in Johor," he shared.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>He added that the group will have projects with GDVs of between RM350 million and RM500 million to launch for the rest of this year.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>"We are also on track to achieve our whole year sales target of RM1.2 billion. We will go out to look for the right market. We may need to sacrifice some margin for that [to achieve the sales target] but so far we are on track," he noted.</p></div>
