<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 31): UEM Sunrise Bhd said it has completed the issuance of RM700 million in nominal value of Islamic medium term notes (IMTN) under its IMTN programme established in 2016.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The IMTN have tenures of three years, five years and seven years, and will mature in October 2021, 2023 and 2025 respectively, the group said in a stock exchange filing today.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>UEM Sunrise said the proceeds of the latest IMTN will be used to redeem an outstanding IMTN amounting to RM700 million in nominal value issued under an earlier programme established in 2012.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The maturing IMTN was issued in December 2013 and will mature on Dec 13 this year.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Shares of UEM Sunrise were up three sen or 4.55% at 69 sen as at 3.30pm, valuing the group at RM3.13 billion.</p></div>
