PETALING JAYA (Aug 4): Tropicana Corp Bhd's Tropicana 100 campaign recorded RM712 million in sales.

Tropicana Corp managing director Dion Tan said in a statement: “This campaign signified our long-term commitment recognising the needs and providing an easy avenue for our purchasers to own our Tropicana properties. We appreciate and value the support of our purchasers as well as the dedication of our marketing and sales team in amassing such an impressive sales record of RM712 million." 

The Tropicana 100 campaign offered buyers 100% returns on booking fees, interest-free flexibility, legal fees borne, furnishing, financing and additional referral rewards. This campaign outperformed despite market challenges as well as won many favourable votes from its purchasers.

Currently, the group is having the Tropicana FreeDOM campaign that offers savings for completed commercial and residential developments, with limited units available. 

Tropicana FreeDOM campaign is curated for completed move-in-ready properties in the Klang Valley, Penang, Johor, and Kota Kinabalu. Buyers will enjoy zero down payment, up to 50% rebates, 100% financing with Maybank Islamic’s HouzKEY programme as well as free maintenance of up to 10 years. An additional 2% referral reward will be granted to buyers that successfully introduced and sold the property to family and friends. 

Aside from that, the Tropicana FreeDOM campaign allows property buyers to enjoy enhanced returns and take advantage of the government’s Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) for greater savings.
