<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 15): Tomei Consolidated Bhd has decided to sell off its skin care and cosmetic products distribution business to focus on its principal activities in the gold and jewellery trade.</div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>The group said its wholly-owned subsidiary Flawless Skin Care Sdn Bhd is disposing of the “The history of Whoo” and “belif” skin care and cosmetics business as a going concern for RM8.97 million.</div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>The purchaser is LG Household and Health Care Malaysia Sdn Bhd, which deals in skin care and cosmetic products, Tomei said in a stock exchange filing today.</div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>Tomei’s share closed down 0.35 sen or 6.48% to 50.5 sen today, for a market capitalisation of RM 74.8 million.&nbsp;</div>
