KUALA LUMPUR (July 13): TA Global Bhd's chairman Datuk Tiah Thee Kian bought more shares in the property firm again.

The veteran stockbroker bought one million shares at 31.3 sen last Wednesday (July 8) on the open market, raising his equity stake to 12.29% or 653.96 million shares, according to a filing to Bursa Malaysia today.
 
Tiah has been accumulating shares in TA Global (fundamental: 1.05; valuation:1.1) since early April this year. His stake has upped from 11.95% in April 9 to 12.29% today.

According to a filing on April 9, he bought three blocks of shares, amounting to 100,000, 455,100 and 300,000 each.
After the acquisition, he owned 635.75 million or 11.95% stakes in the company.

TA Global share price closed 0.5 sen or 1.61% higher at 31.5 sen today, giving it a market capitalisation of RM1.65 billion.
