KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 31): Tatt Giap Group Bhd has bagged four contracts worth a combined RM67 million from Dynaciate Engineering Sdn Bhd to undertake various sub-contracting works.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Tatt Giap said its wholly-owned subsidiary Superinox Pipe Industry Sdn Bhd had received the four letters of awards from Dynaciate for the project works which range from civil and main mechanical, to piping fabrication and installation works.

"The project works are expected to contribute positively towards Tatt Giap’s future earnings and net assets, and will have no effect on the group’s share capital," the filing added.

Tatt Giap shares closed unchanged at 14 sen today, giving it a market capitalisation of RM24.74 million.
