PETALING JAYA (Oct 16): Andira Park, TAHPS Group Bhd’s latest project in its Bukit Puchong development, was fully sold within seven weeks of its launch.

“I am very pleased with the sales achieved, especially under the current market condition. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all customers who have invested in this project,” said group CEO Eugene Khoo in a press release.

“Moving forward, we intend to roll out more projects to meet the demands of our customers. I believe that with the right design, pricing and at the right time, we will continue to attract customers,” he added.

Sitting on an 8.33-acre freehold site, Andira Park consists of 135 units of 2- and 3-storey link villas and five units of 3-storey terraced homes with built up areas ranging from 1,583 sq ft to 2,347 sq ft.

Meanwhile, prices for the units range from RM 686,670 to RM 1,288,150.

The RM100 million project was launched in two phases — phase 1 on Aug 18 and phase 2 on Sept 16.

During the launch of phase 1, buyers began queueing up at 2am on the day of the launch, and it was fully sold within two days.

Following the response from the first phase, phase 2 customers began queueing up from 6pm the night before the launch.

All the units in phase 2 were sold last Wednesday (Oct 11).
