KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 4): Tadmax Resources Bhd managing director cum chief executive officer Datuk Seri Anuar Adam has been paring down his stake in the group.

Between Nov 30 and Dec 3, Anuar, who is also the largest shareholder, disposed of some 44.5 million shares in the group, reducing his stake to 17.11% from 26.43% previously. 

The shares were sold in two blocks at 22 sen apiece, matching the stock’s closing price on Nov 30, but at a one sen or 4.35% discount to its closing price on Dec 3.

Today, the group saw a total of 74.6million shares or a 9.52% stake traded in two off market deals for a total of RM16.41 million. 

For both transactions, the shares were also crossed at 22 sen apiece. 

The counter closed unchanged at 23 sen per share.

It was unknown at the time of writing as to who the parties involved in the transaction were.
