KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 19): Aemulus Holdings Bhd signed an underwriting agreement with TA Securities Holdings Bhd for the semiconductor testing equipment specialist's initial public offering (IPO).
TA Securities is the the principal adviser, sponsor, managing underwriter and placement agent for Aemulus, which is seeking a listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia, Aemulus said in a statement today.
“TA Securities brings a wealth of experience which will be invaluable, as we continue towards our IPO,” Aemulus executive director and chief executive officer Ng Sang Beng said.
Aemulus said TA Securities is managing the IPO with other investment banks. Affin Hwang Investment Bank Bhd is the joint placement agent with TA.
Affin Hwang, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd and M&A Securities Sdn Bhd are joint underwriters for the exercise.
Earlier, Bursa Malaysia had approved Aemulus’ IPO, which involves a public issue of 87.79 million new shares.
The IPO includes an offer for sale of 43.89 million existing shares in Aemulus, via private placement to selected investors.
