PETALING JAYA (Sept 25): Property developer Sunsuria Bhd has held a soft launch for its first ever landed homes in Sunsuria City, Salak Tinggi, Selangor over the weekend.

The homes are named Monet Lily and are part of the new Monet Residences development which sits on 15.8 acres of freehold land.

Comprising 211 units of 2-storey terraced homes, prices start from RM660,000, giving the phase an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM141.24 million.

Inspired by French impressionist Claude Monet’s iconic Water Lilies painting, the latest homes will come up within a gated-and-guarded community with a landscaped environment, themed gardens and a playground.

To date, Monet Lily has seen registrations of interest for 80% of its units.

Monet Residences will comprise five parcels of land, with plans for 519 terraced houses and 360 units of townhouses to be built across three parcels with an estimated GDV of RM583 million.

“Just as Monet is synonymous with Impressionism, the Sunsuria brand represents sustainable and modern homes. Aside from Monet Lily’s 80% [registration of interest], the strong support to our previous launches — Suria Residence, Bell Suites and The Olive — reflects the confidence our consumers have placed on us. We will continue to build on their trust and these achievements as the year draws to a close,” said Sunsuria marketing and operations director Simon Kwan in a statement.

Sunsuria City is a 525-acre development that has direct access to the Putrajaya-Cyberjaya Expressway that connects to the upcoming Elite Interchange and Maju Expressway Highway.

Residents can also commute via the ERL Speed Train Transit Hub located within Sunsuria City that connects to KL Sentral and Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

The 150-acre Xiamen University Malaysia is located at the heart of Sunsuria City, while up to 40 universities and colleges are located 30km away from the township.

The project is also close to the 40-acre outlet mall Horizon Village Outlets.
