<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>According to its bourse filing today, Fastra Sdn Bhd — a subsidiary of S.P. Granite Sdn Bhd, which is wholly owned by the group — signed the MoUs over the past week for combined RM42.32 million.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Incorporated in 1987, Fastra is principally engaged in the trading of building materials and related products, as well as provision of contractor services.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The preliminary agreements were signed by Fastra to supply building materials to housing projects of the developers in Seremban, Pahang, Melaka, and Port Dickson.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>These developers are Mega 3 Housing Sdn Bhd, Raya Baiduri Sdn Bhd, Majestine Development Sdn Bhd, North Elegance Property Sdn Bhd, and North Elegance Land Sdn Bhd.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Stone Master said the MoUs will remain in effect for a period of three months from the respective dates, unless terminated or renewed upon mutual agreement.</p></div>
