<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a filing with Bursa Malaysia this evening, the China-based frozen food manufacturer said the suspension was due to its failure to submit its annual report for public release, for the year ended Dec 31, 2013.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a previous filing, the company said the annual report was in the midst of being prepared, but it was not able to ascertain when it would be issued to shareholders.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>"The board of directors of HB wishes to announce that the issuance of Annual Report has been delayed, as the audited financial statements 2013 of the company was only completed and submitted to Bursa Securities on 22 July 2014," it had said in a filing dated Sept 03.</p></div>
