CNI Holdings Bhd (+ve)
SHARES in CNI Holdings Bhd (fundamental: 1.65/3; valuation: 0.3/3) triggered our proprietary momentum algorithm yesterday for the first time this month. The stock closed down 0.5 sen or 4.76% at 10 sen, giving it a market capitalisation of RM67.73 million.

A total of 4.74 million shares were traded versus its 200-day average trading volume of 577,748.5 shares. CNI is a direct sales company offering a range of products including nutritional and health, personal care and cosmetics, food and beverage, household and auto care, and other exclusive consumer items.

It also manufactures food and beverage such as coffee, tea, cereal, cocoa drink, juices, royal jelly powder, organic vegetables powder and derivatives from natural ingredients.

The company’s quarterly revenue stood at RM24.85 million, up 35.9% from RM18.29 million a year ago.

Revenue contribution from the manufacturing segment surged 153% to RM16.1 million, mainly due to higher external export sales to the China market.
