PUTRAJAYA (Sept 26): After more than eight hours of questioning by Malaysia Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) officers, there has been no sign of Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor leaving the agency’s headquarters here at press time.

At about 4.20pm, drivers of cars were seen preparing to leave the building, but after more than two hours, Rosmah has yet to step out of the building.

Only her lawyers, including Datuk K Kumaraendran, were seen stepping out of the building — presumably to have lunch — but they went back in at about 5pm.

It has started raining in Putrajaya but about 50 journalists and video crew are still waiting at the MACC headquarters.

Reporters were told that they might be asked to leave the compound of the building at 7pm.

Rosmah arrived at 10am today at the MACC headquarters for a second round of questioning pertaining to money laundering charges linked to SRC International Sdn Bhd, a former subsidiary of 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB).

She was previously summoned for questioning by MACC on June 5, a session that lasted about three hours.

News reports had said that Rosmah may face up to 20 charges today.
