<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>“Accordingly, the subsidiaries of Leaderonomics namely Leaderonomics Media Sdn Bhd, Leaderonomics International Sdn Bhd and Leaderonomics Good Monday Sdn Bhd shall also cease to be subsidiaries of Star,” the group said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Leaderonomics is principally involved in the provision of human capital development services including training and consultancy.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The group said the disposal is in line with the company's intention to divest assets that do not contribute significantly to group's financials, adding that the proceeds of the disposal will be used for working capital.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Star Media expects the disposal to be completed within three months with a disposable gain of RM3.37 million.</p></div>
