<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, Kamdar said KSB intends to appeal the decision by the High Court.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The singer sought unquantified damages, as well as exemplary damages totalling RM3 million and aggravated damages amounting to RM2 million.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Kamdar, which operates a chain of fabric-based department stores throughout Malaysia, saw its shares closed unchanged at 35 sen today, giving a market capitalisation of RM69 million.</p></div>
