PETALING JAYA (April 27): Sime Darby Property Bhd’s (SDP) freehold landed homes, namely Nadira in Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang and Ilham Residence 2 in City of Elmina, Shah Alam, attained take-up rates of 90% and 86% respectively during their official booking weekends.

SDP group managing director Datuk Azmir Merican said in a statement that the company strives to develop excellent products that meet current market demands while anticipating future needs of homebuyers.

He said: “We understand that the idea of a home has rapidly changed in recent years, with many of our homebuyers placing more importance on larger and flexible spaces in their homes, recreational facilities within the township and other conveniences at their doorstep.

Situated in the township of Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, Phase 1 of Nadira comprises 123 units of freehold double-storey link homes with a total gross development value (GDV) of RM105.2 million. The units have built-ups starting from 1,900 sq ft, with lot sizes of 20ft by 75ft. Phase 2 of Nadira is now open for bookings.  

Prices for Nadira homes start from RM783,888, and each unit comes with four en-suite bedrooms, as well as a 7ft backyard that is suitable as a garden, utilised as a reading nook or even extended to cater for larger families. With prices starting from RM771,888, the units are nestled within an exclusive neighbourhood boasting 22 unique facilities while offering multi-tiered security benefits.
