KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 9): Signature International Bhd is confident of achieving double-digit revenue growth next year, on the back of a strong order book and continuous efforts to bid for more projects.

Indeed, group managing director KC Tan thinks double-digit revenue growth “should not be a problem”, as the kitchen and wardrobe systems provider’s order book currently stands at roughly RM200 million, with a tender book of about RM400 million–RM500 million.

“The outlook for next year is still favourable — double digit revenue growth should not be a problem,” said Tan, after the group’s annual general meeting and extraordinary general meeting today, to approve an acquisition of five parcels of industrial land for production expansion for RM50 million.

He said the impact of any possible slowdown in the property market, will only be felt in two years.

“In the past 1-2 years, there have been many property launches, and those have kept us very busy today.

“Our revenue continues to grow, because we’ve secured these order books for the past 1-2 years, and now it’s time for us to deliver,” Tan added.
